Shortly before Christmas, Anna (Agnieszka Więdłocha) and Robert (Mateusz Janicki) get married and are about to go on their honeymoon. Meanwhile, Zosia (Wiktoria Nowak) spends the weekend with her grandmother Sabina (Marta Lipińska). When the elderly lady suddenly has to go to hospital, Zosia sets off across Poland to find the real Santa Claus – convinced that only he can help her grandmother.
